Conflict Resolution is a practical, agile and effective alternative for resolving legal issues without having to resort to traditional litigation, which is notoriously more time-consuming, costly and stressful for the parties involved. This method is based on two pillars: Mediation and Arbitration.
Mediation works through a collaborative process, which is guided by a mediator - an impartial third party between the two conflicting parties - who facilitates communication between those involved in the process. The mediator analyzes the proposals of both sides and seeks mutually satisfactory solutions aimed at meeting common interests.
Arbitration, on the other hand, although it also serves to resolve legal disputes in an efficient and personalized way, allows the parties to choose an arbitrator or panel of arbitrators specialized in the subject of the conflict, who will decide on a fair and impartial solution. It is a faster, more confidential and flexible method than that adopted by traditional courts, making the resolution of the problem more agile and adapted to the needs of those involved.
