In addition, he has experience in daily corporate operations related to limited-liability companies, joint-stock companies, and other corporate types, involving the drafting of corporate acts and various inquiries, as well as the formalization of corporate books, publications, and other legal requirements, being responsible for implementation of the new system for digitalization of corporate acts and books, in addition to the drafting and review of business contracts.
