With a career spanning more than 25 years, Paulo Bardella is dedicated to Corporate Law and M&A, with more than 200 completed transactions, including transactions involving relevant amounts (over BRL 1 billion). He also handles complex corporate cases, such as exclusion of a members with cause, negotiation of shareholders’ agreements (acting for both majority and minority shareholders), conducting shareholders’ meetings and meetings of members, as well as legal opinions.
